  • $150 for 53 minutes. $200 for 80 minutes. It does not matter if you are an individual or a relational client. An hour of my time is an hour of my time. Group rates are $100 per person per week. I take some insurance. Please see the logistics page for more clarity.

Please note that if you request legal / court needs from me (current clients), my legal fees are $250 for every 30 minutes.

    Free consult link here.

  • I take Premera and Lifewise insurance for individuals only through The Shelterwood Collective.

I would be considered an out-of-network provider for all other care (if you do not have those insurances). I can, however, provide superbills if requested for possible insurance reimbursement. As the client, you are responsible for the cost during the session. Please see the logistics page for more details.

  • Everyone can benefit from therapy. There is a reason why you are on this page; welcome! Whatever the reason, let’s do this together. Some people explore therapy to heal past wounds, while others tend to communication skills, anxiety, worry, stress, discovered secrets, procrastination, self-sabotage, confidence, or relational issues.

  • Therapy is most powerful when conducted weekly; however, sometimes we can’t swing that or don’t need to. The frequency of appointments is up to you after I give you my professional insight. Let’s have a conversation.

Depending on your needs and goals, we can determine together how long would be most helpful to you. Some stay for a few weeks, while others are therapy lifers (like myself!). Let’s collaborate and see what works best for you. I cannot, however, promise results and results within a specific timeframe.

  • In the first few sessions, we will get to know each other through the assessment phase. My approach is to attend to whatever you bring into the therapy hour. We may work with various modalities for incremental change depending on your therapy needs and preferences.

  • I mostly treat Anxiety within individuals and work with Relational Clients (around trust and infidelity.)

Because you deserve to have the best quality care and to work with someone who has the training and structural capacity appropriate to your needs, I want you to know that I do not treat the following issues:

I cannot treat psychotic disorders (schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, etc.).

If eating disorders or addiction arise in therapy, I will refer you to someone with that specialty or ask that we add an expert to your team. We can continue treatment, but I cannot focus on that topic specifically.

I cannot accept new clients with suicidal ideation, recurrent self-injurious behavior (cutting, burning, etc.), or who need intensive outpatient programs.

I do not treat domestic violence and/or disputes.

I do not provide court-mandated treatment, assessments, or testimony in legal cases.

  • Yes, I do. This space is for YOU, and I use my therapy space to work out my gunk so I can show up as the best version of myself for YOU in YOUR session. I love therapy so much that I became a therapist and find it extremely useful as a space to grow, reflect, and connect to others and the self. Shout out to my therapist, your grandmother therapist by proxy!

  • Shelterwood is a collective of private practice clinicians I am a member of. Shelterwood Collective is a community of independent practitioners sharing resources to provide ethical, professional, and accessible healing services. Shelterwood Collective also provides insurance contracting and billing services for my practice. When you receive communications about my new client portal, billing, appointment reminders, and notifications, you’ll see a mention of Shelterwood Collective. That’s me! I still have my practice here at Oak Grove; Shelterwood is just a fantastic resource for helping clinicians, and I am honored to team up with them.

  • Oak: An incredibly durable wood, resistant to weather, and has beautiful veins! Interestingly, we take this beautiful wood and repurpose it repeatedly, shifting and changing it into new, continuously strong forms.

Grove: A group of tall, beautiful trees that are clear of underbrush, allowing it to thrive in the world.

I like to think humanity and therapy are intertwined with this name. Humans are born durable, strong, and beautiful. However, sometimes, we weather storms, and when we do, we need to take the time to sort through our underbrush, allowing us to stand tall, grow, and prepare for all that life might take us through.
