The hope or goal of therapy is specific to each individual – but they may look like the following: 

  • Creating a safe and non-judgmental space to grow and explore

  • Assisting in processing healing, reflection, and change

  • Decreasing stress and anxiety by introducing insight and coping methods

  • Promoting more delight and joy in daily life

  • Understanding intent vs. impact on yourself and the systems around you

  • Speak clearly in communicating needs, boundaries, desires, and dreams

Coming from a background of creative storytelling, I understand you as the main character. Sometimes, you may be experiencing hardships, relationship difficulties, struggles with the self, and transitions that might leave you feeling like you aren't in control. That is where I can help collaborate with you on your hero's healing journey (that's you; you're the hero). So, let's allow this main character's energy to shine.

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)

  • Couples Work: Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) & The Gottman Method Level One & Two, and Trauma & Affairs.

I treat individuals and couples (18+) and offer group work. My niche areas include Anxiety, Trauma, and Family-of-Origin Work.
