Worksheet

This is all about coming back to what matters, especially on the days it’s hardest to reach.

Everything you type stays on this device. Nothing is sent anywhere, and no one can see it unless you save it as a PDF and choose to share it. Your answers save automatically as you go, so you can close this and come back.
Before you start

What’s a value? A value is a direction you want your life to move in, like being present, honest, or brave. Not a goal you finish and check off, but a way of showing up that stays true whether or not you’re in the mood for it. Feelings come and go. Values are the throughline underneath them.

  • Values are directions, not destinations. You don’t finish them, it’s not a task. You keep turning back toward them, because they’re part of who you are.
  • There are no right answers here (I know, I know), and you don’t have to fill in every line.
  • If a question stings, that’s worth noticing. Mark it and bring it to session instead of forcing it.
  • You can do this in one sitting or a page at a time. Your timeline, your values.
Bring this to our next session, including the parts you left blank. The blanks usually have something to say.
